UNCHAIN Limited stems from 25+ years of business administration, people management, and competence in all areas of the accounting function in various industry sectors across New Zealand, Australia, and the Cook Islands. Recently created in January 2022 by Taito Rani, her vision for UNCHAIN Limited uses those collective experiences, knowledge, and skillsets to assist and support businesses achieve their objectives and targets. The following are some of the roles and highlights of the past 25 years.

Sole charge Accounts/Admin Manager with an irrefutable Company in its trade of more than 50 staff - responsible for AR, AP, Bank, Journals and GL Recs, cost analyses, ensuring day-to-day processes are accurate and a smooth month-end closing. Overall objectives meets tax deadlines and the preparation of the annual accounts.

Automotive Industry

Executive Officer at a modern 21st-century secondary school of more than 120 staff and 1400 students - the overall Admin, Financial, and Property Services assisting Management and the Board of Trustees in the development of long term strategies and plans, the accuracy of financial reports, and management of school assets.

Education Sector

8 years

Treasury/Bank Rec Supervisor in a high-volume Shared Services environment of multiple companies across NZ, Australia, the US and Fiji for the reconciliation of main and Group subsidiary bank accounts in domestic and foreign currencies. Worked closely with internal & external auditors to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of all bank accounts.
